Live Talk: How to Navigate a Life with Grief for 16-25 Year Olds

Growing with Grief: Guide to an Undiscussed Topic

What is grief? Am I grieving the right way? How do I even start to grieve?

Grief is complex, it’s complicated and it’s messy. Whilst everyone grieves differently there are some common threads and themes that can be helpful to know when it comes to navigating after the death of someone important to you.

Run by youth grief charity Winston's Wish, our ‘Growing with Grief’ virtual live talk is an online information session led by a Winston’s Wish bereavement support worker covering:

  • Understanding your feelings and responses after the death of someone important

  • How grief impacts us and the changes of emotions and behaviours we may experience

  • Coping strategies and how to address difficult feelings

You can also submit any questions to a member of our bereavement support team.

The sessions are anonymous (so no need to switch on your webcam) and it’s up to you whether you participate or simply observe and listen.
